You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Dog Gone it Goods will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within up to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Or if you prefer, just contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the return.
At the current time we are primarily shipping within the continental United States. As we grow, we hope to extend our shipping area.
We have free shipping on most items, excluding oversized items. Most of our products ship next day, but many ship same day. If an item is backordered we will contact you about the delay and provide other options if you cannot wait. If you have ordered an item that ships directly from the manufacturer we will notify you when it leaves their warehouse.
If your order item calls for a specified color and you don't choose a preference, we will send you the default color. If you do specify a color and it is not in stock, we will contact you to request your preference for a substitution color. If we receive no response from you in 24 hours, we will send a default color, so as to ship your completed order in a timely manner. :)
